Order Cancellation & Changes Policy

BEFORE A PROJECT STARTS, PLANS CAN CHANGE

The same can happen with an order.

If your Mavriqio order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation.

CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT

Cancellation is possible before shipment. Contact service@mavriqio.com as soon as possible with your order number and checkout email.

AFTER SHIPMENT

Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available. You may review the Returns & Refunds Policy if you need to request a return after delivery.

ADDRESS CORRECTION

Address correction requests may be submitted before shipment. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

QUANTITY, PRODUCT OR VARIANT CHANGES

Quantity, product and variant changes are not supported after order placement. If the order has not shipped, you may request cancellation and place a new order.
