TERMS FOR MAKING, SHOPPING AND USING MAVRIQIO

These Terms apply to purchases and customer-facing services provided through mavriqio.com.

Mavriqio provides tools and accessories for journaling, paper craft, stamping, embossing, memory keeping and related analog creativity.

SELLER OF RECORD

Mavriqio is owned and operated by Chongqing Xinshixiang Network Technology Co., Ltd.. Purchases made through mavriqio.com are sold by this business unless otherwise stated at checkout.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

After you place an order, we may send an order confirmation. Order acceptance is subject to payment confirmation, product availability, fraud review and the accuracy of checkout information.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We work to present product information clearly. Product images, project examples and presentation materials are intended to illustrate creative possibilities. Handmade results may vary with paper, pressure, ink, technique, material and placement.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment must be authorized before an order can be processed.

SHIPPING

Orders are normally processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation and estimated delivery is 5-8 business days after dispatch. Free standard shipping applies to orders over US$45. Orders below US$45 have a US$5.99 standard shipping fee.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Cancellation and address correction requests may be submitted before shipment. Quantity, product and variant changes are not supported after order placement.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after receipt and inspection.
