Orders are normally processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days after dispatch.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Mavriqio provides free standard shipping on orders over US$45. For orders below US$45, standard shipping is US$5.99.

WHERE ORDERS ARE FULFILLED

Orders are fulfilled primarily from China.

FOLLOWING THE SHIPMENT

Tracking is normally provided after shipment where available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a parcel is handed to the carrier.

WHEN TRACKING PAUSES

Carrier scans may pause during customs processing, transport transfers, local delivery sorting or high-volume periods. If tracking has not updated for several business days, contact us at service@mavriqio.com with your order number.

IF A PARCEL APPEARS LOST

If a parcel appears lost, Mavriqio will review the tracking history and available carrier information. Depending on the result, we may assist with next steps such as continued tracking review, replacement review or refund review where appropriate.

DELIVERED BUT MISSING

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, please check the delivery area, mailbox, reception desk, household members and local carrier notice first. Contact us promptly if the parcel remains missing.
