Before the paper, ink or tools reach your workspace, the purchase first passes through checkout.

Mavriqio uses payment services available through our store to manage that process.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by location, device, order value or payment provider availability.

AUTHORIZATION

Payment must be authorized before an order can be processed. If authorization is declined, the order may not be completed.

SECURITY

Payments are handled through secure checkout services. Mavriqio does not ask customers to email full payment card numbers, passwords or other sensitive payment credentials.

CURRENCY

The currency displayed at checkout is the currency used for the transaction.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Free standard shipping applies to orders over US$45. Orders below US$45 have a US$5.99 standard shipping fee.

PAYMENT ERRORS

If you believe a payment error occurred, contact service@mavriqio.com with your order number and checkout email.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after receipt and inspection where a returned item is required.
