If an eligible Mavriqio product is not right for you, a return request may be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery.

WHAT WE ASK YOU TO RETURN

Returned products should be unused, in their original condition and with original packaging where reasonably possible.

STARTING THE RETURN

Contact service@mavriqio.com before sending any item back. Please include your order number, checkout email, product name and the reason for the return request.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

For preference or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

WHEN SOMETHING ARRIVES WRONG

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with photos and order details. For approved damaged, defective or incorrect-item returns, Mavriqio will not require the customer to pay additional reasonable return shipping costs.

HANDMADE RESULT VARIATION

Some creative results may vary naturally with paper, pressure, ink, technique, material and placement. Natural variation in a handmade creative result is not automatically a product defect.

REVIEWING THE RETURN

After a returned item is received, we inspect it before confirming the refund outcome.

WHEN THE REFUND BEGINS

Approved refunds are normally issued within 5-10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
